What do you actually do?

I spend my days tracking down Defence and engineering talent that likes to stay hidden. Think of it as a mix between recruitment and detective work. I help companies hire cleared professionals faster, with less risk and fewer headaches.

 

What's one thing you care about getting right for the people you work with?

Making sure the process runs as smoothly as possible and there are no surprises along the way. I am constantly checking things are in place and coordinating with candidates and clients.

 

What do your clients and candidates rely on you for?  

A good understanding of the defence industry, honest advice, and access to talent that isn't actively applying for jobs. Whether it's a critical hire or a role that's proving difficult to fill, I help connect the right people with the right opportunities.

 

How did you get here?

I’ve been in recruitment for 8+ years now worked across multiple sectors, but mainly Defence, engineering & cyber security.

 

Something people might not know? 

I am a former professional goat farmer.
