What one industry changes do you think will affect the workforce of the future?

Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Machine Learning are changes that are happening and impacting the workforce now.

What are the biggest mistakes candidates make in an interview? 

Talking negatively about previous employers and not having done enough preparation on who they are meeting (company and interviewer).

What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?

Property Development.  Not really a hobby, but being an ex estate agent I’ve always been interested in big houses, and making money from them! ; )
