If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
If I was the only person who didn’t have to sleep – I would catch up on domestic responsibilities and personal administrational tasks like financials and housekeeping and family matters, so that during the day, my time is focussed on work and spending time building relationships with people.

What one industry change do you think will affect the workforce of the future?

I have more than 1 industry change:
- Companies offering (child care subsidy) for employers to continue in their careers.
- Government and global corporations offering opportunities to invest in CBD based child care centres.
- Equal pay between men and women.
- Work from home flexibility or flexible hours option to manage family.


In your opinion, what would make a candidate stand out?
A candidate who has taken their time with creating a strategic Resume (aligned with job applying for, well structured and formatted with relevant information) and well prepared for interviews (researched done reg company, the role, typical answers to questions and good questions prepared to ask).
