What is the best thing about working in the ICT industry? Why? 

Meeting people from a thousand different backgrounds with completely different life experiences. There’s nothing better than getting to know each candidate; they always have a unique journey in the cyber, defence or engineering fields that they can share.

In your opinion, what would make a candidate stand out?  

For me, it’s always how the person comes across. Are they friendly? Respectful? Kind and enthusiastic? Multiple people can have the same skill set or industry experience, but whether they’re a great communicator or an excellent team player can make a huge difference.

​

What’s worth spending more on to get the best? Why?

Food, art and travel, for sure. In my opinion, experience and culture are the meaning behind our human experience.
