What is the best thing about working in the defence industry? Why? 

The variety of candidates. This is such a broad remit to cover and you are exposed to some really excellent candidates who have worked on multi billion dollar Defence equipment. These candidates not only offer us more detailed information but also a great story behind their journey and how they got to be where they are now.

What is your biggest pet peeve in an interview?  

I have two! When a candidate does not research the client, and when they turn up late and don’t call to let you know.

Who’s your go-to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?

Not a band but a compilation, I always listen to the best of the 80s if I cant decide on what to play.
