The ability to work across numerous advanced and state of the art technology that will have a direct influence on the Australian Defence capabilities.

 

What question do you always ask a candidate? 

When I speak with a candidate I always ask "What are the key factors in why they are considering a new role?". I find this information extremely helpful when helping them transition into the next step of their career.

 

What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue?

If time and money weren’t an issue, I would spend more time at the archery range.
