Kinexus is seeking experienced Administration Support professionals for an initial three month contract, to support a high end Defence consultancy within their Adelaide business.
You will be providing advice and support on administrative activities and project objectives.
- Purchase order creation
- Goods receipting in our ERP
- Supporting the due diligence process
- Running basic reports
- Collating information, drafting and editing documents
- Administration support
Skills & Experience
- Strong MS Office skills, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Previous experience in a client/customer focussed role
- Strong communication skills
- Currently hold an active Baseline security clearance
