Our client is a highly successful company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong cybersecurity background to join their team.

The client base ranges from Defence, State and Federal Organisations to the commercial Maritime and Aerospace industries. Our client has an existing client base and the main focus of your role will be to maintain and expand current relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain vision of Federal government Cyber Law and regulations changes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Lead Project/Program execution planning
  • Assist with Cyber governance and compliance
  • Track intel on Information Assurance, Cryptographic, and relevant programs
  • Lead capture strategy
  • Create and maintain best-practice capture processes
  • Track key Governmental Policies, changes, and trends
  • Support the General Manager in stakeholder relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in Business Development
  • A track record in Defence and Federal government cyber initiatives
  • Have an established network within defence
  • Experience working within the Cyber industry
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills (essential).
  • A Masters in Engineering, Sales or Business
  • Active NV2 clearance
