Our client is seeking a Capture Manager to join their team in Sydney, NSW. They are a world leader in designing developing and producing high end multi-Domain systems leveraging off cutting edge technology, to address current and future challenges faced by defence and security agencies as well as industrial partners.

They are world leaders in systems integration, manufacturing and can deliver independent systems to solve complex problems. The capture manager will be responsible to identify opportunities and provide capability to government for national security both here and overseas.

The role

• Develop quality capture plans
• Develop and implement capture strategy
• Coordinate subject matter expert's to support proposals
• Understand client needs, identify key differentiators
• Create and build strong relationships with key clients
• Stakeholders internal and external management
• Oversee high quality winning proposals
• Develop communication plan - Selling
• Contributing to bid strategy, win themes and win price together with Sales & Marketing Director.

Experience

• A track record in successful capture management
• Experience in Space / SATCOM / RF / PNT / Defence
• ASDEFCON
• Developed writing skills
• Proposal writing skills and experience (must)
• Leadership
• Good understanding of market dynamics
• A decision maker
• Experienced in negotiations
• Understand Commercial Risk
• Pricing strategy knowledge and experience
• Have an AGSVA clearance and ITAR compliance
