Job Description

Our client has recently based themselves in the ACT. Their role is delivering a highly employable synthetic modelling and simulation tool that will revolutionise planning for the ADF and Warfighter. Candidates with warfighting modelling, simulation and analysis experience using task-related tools would be a benefit. You will be working alongside a very talented team of professionals who are focused on delivery. This a very high-profile project(s) within Defence Industry and wider ADF that require an experienced Arms Corp, O-4 level.

Applicants must be self-motivated, well presented and have strong communication skills both written and oral to apply. Ideally candidates will be tertiary qualified with a Defence / Defence Industry background (including ex-uniformed members) in the following areas:

  • Ideally Tertiary qualifications
  • Operational Experience and Planning
  • Experience in synthetic modelling and simulation
  • Experience with either HQJOC, VCDF, DJFHQ or ISAF
  • Excellent problem-solving experience
  • A track record in relationship development

Applicants with operational experience and or who have experience in Joint Staff models, simulations and tools for campaign, mission, mobility and scripting will be highly regarded.
