Build networks through client facing and the chance to travel around Australia to key industry hubs such as Sydney and Melbourne.

  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Conduct estimation on key program assets
  • Collecting relevant information to provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Assist the Program Manager
  • Raising RFQ's to suppliers to gain pricing for parts
  • Liaising with workshops and all parts of the business on programs
  • Ensuring projects are on track to budget
  • Develop solutions to problems and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Comply with legislation and company policies
  • Other roles as required



  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry)
  • Relevant certifications and professional membership is desirable
  • Experience in estimation and Financial Awareness is a key requirement
  • Knowledge and understanding of Program Management with experience in ERP systems is essential
  • A Mechanical Trade/Engineering background is needed
  • Prior experience working within an engineering or project environment (preferably within the defence industry) would be greatly beneficial
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
