Electrical Engineer

* Complete electrical design for naval ship systems.
* Undertake technical investigations, root cause analysis and solution identification.
* Create engineering designs to integrate platform electrical systems into naval vessels.
* Deliver technical reports and technical documentation in accordance with customer standards.
* Work effectively within the Engineering Team to engage with different engineering disciplines in the development of new naval ship system designs.
* Plan and coordinate assigned engineering projects from concept through to delivery, including the
development of project plans, schedule and engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in the design coordination meetings with the rest of the Engineering Team members.
* Participate in Design Review meetings with the Client.
* Liaison with Clients (internal & external) and subcontractors.
* Requirements analysis and verification development.
* Provide mentoring and support to junior engineers, as applicable.
* Project Management, including management of task schedule, resourcing, budget and progress monitoring and reporting.
* Assist in planning and coordinating on‐board installation works, including scopes of work, installation work packages and test procedures.
