We're looking for an experienced ILS practitioner to join our team and deliver specialist Integrated Logistics Support services across a range of exciting defence and technology programs. You'll work within the Support System Capability Framework, contributing to Operating Support, Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, Supply Support, and Training Support requirements for both company and customer projects.

This is a hands-on role that spans the full ILS lifecycle - from analysis and planning through to procurement, maintenance and asset management - with genuine variety across projects and customers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver ILS solutions, services and plans to meet company and customer requirements
• Conduct systems reviews, LSA/LSAR tasks, LCCA, RAM, FMECA, MTTBF and supportability assessments
• Manage spares analysis, procurement of repairable and non-repairable items
• Support repair and maintenance planning and scheduling activities
• Oversee support system management, including repairable items, stock and consumables
• Undertake configuration management and obsolescence management
• Carry out stocktaking, storage, freight distribution, codification and cataloguing services
• Maintain and update asset management and ILS software, tools and processes
• Support project delivery
• Contribute to business development activities, including RFI/RFT responses, bids and proposals

Essential

• Understanding of Defence inventory management, policy and processes

• Experience in writing and updating project documents and ILS plans.
• Experience with defence technical regulations
• Experienced with costing
• Technical data management
• Strong appreciation of ILS, Logistics and Through Life Support in a technical environment
• Experience in Defence ILS, Logistics and Through Life Support activities
• Applicants MUST hold a current Defence Security Clearance
