About the Role

We're recruiting for 4 Procurement Specialists to join a growing team responsible for renegotiating and strengthening a portfolio of strategic supplier contracts for a large maritime program. The team will work to close gaps in existing agreements and draft robust long-term contracts.

The ideal location for this role is Henderson, Western Australia, however we are also considering suitable candidates based in Adelaide.

• Locations: Western Australia (Henderson) preference, Adelaide (CBD) accepted.
• Number of positions: 4
• Length: Initial 6-month contract, likely to extend.
• Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance Required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and renegotiate existing strategic supplier contracts
• Draft new long-term supplier agreements
• Identify and remediate gaps in current contract terms
• Manage contract administration and governance processes
• Set, drive and monitor supplier KPIs and ongoing performance

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in contract administration and governance
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial/supplier agreements
• Systems experience with SAP and IFS preferred
• Comfortable managing supplier relationships and tracking performance metrics
• Must hold, Baseline security clearance
