Our client is a well-respected high end communications engineering company with operations across all sectors including Defence. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join their team in Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the project team on a day to day basis, directly influencing the needs and project outcomes. Candidates should have good stakeholder engagement skills as it will be needed for this role as well as a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help in decision making process that will directly influence projects outcomes.
• Stakeholder management internal and external
• Liaise with task leads regarding recruitment and workforce planning.
• Provide governance and assurance reporting.
• Develop and draft quarterly performance reviews.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Provide input on weekly operations internal reports.

Skills & Experience needed

• Confident communicator, ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in either ISR/RADAR/SONAR/SATCOM would be an advantage
• Good data management skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office & SharePoint would be an advantage
• Capturing and recording of project/product information.
• Due to the nature of the project's applicants MUST hold Australian Citizenship and be eligible for a Defence security clearance, NV1 or higher desirable.

This role would be suitable for a fromer or current member of the ADF looking to transition to civilian the workforce. Our client is a supporter of the Defence Force reserves in either SERCAT 3 or 4.
