The key focus of the Project Manager acquisition and execution of the project(s). Candidates who have experience in projects delivering a capability to defence would be ideal. Candidates with excellent leadership and management, experience in simulation, training, or mission system development would be an advantage.

The Project Manager will join the Management Team, providing strategic leadership, ensuring the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of the project. The Project Manager will also be instrumental in providing guidance and support to CASG and the prime customer. This is a new role in an expanding organisation with a focus on delivery.

Experience Required:

• The Project Manager will have 5-10 years' experience.
• Candidates will have tertiary qualifications
• A traceable history in delivery of a project
• Experienced in working with Primes and CASG
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors
• Experienced in contracts and supplier agreements
• A thorough understanding of PM frameworks and defence standards
• Promote continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Business/budgetary experience
• Applicant MUST hold a current NV1 AGSVA issued clearance as a minimum

This position would ideally suit applicants experienced with managing complex, high-value, multi-year programs with multiple subcontractors and international supply chains. Candidates with extensive experience in demanding leadership and management appointments will be highly regarded.
