About the role

  • Navigate and lead our business development in NSW for Defence Land Systems and Aerospace
  • Deliver high quality recruitment solutions to our key clients in the Defence Industry
  • Develop new clients in Defence Land Systems and Aerospace, and building on our existing ones
  • Lead a small team
  • Manage your team's day to day duties, growth and development
  • Develop access to the NSW defence workforce and enhance our contractor business



Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or Business Development
  • Ideally experience finding hard to find Engineering and Project Management professionals with security clearance
  • Ability to manage large scale recruitment projects
  • High level ownership over Key Accounts and outstanding customer service
  • Passionate for Defence and engineering world
  • Passionate about working in a team but also capable of taking independent initiative to think outside the box
  • Excellent priority and time management skills
  • Ex-Defence Force experience is highly regarded
  • Experience in contract recruitment would be highly beneficial
