How the recruitment process works
You might see a role on our website, on Seek, or hear about it directly from one of our consultants. Take a moment to read the details carefully, particularly clearance, location and experience requirements.
Submit your application via our website including your résumé (and cover letter if requested). You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been received. If you’re not the right fit for the role, we’ll let you know by email.
If your experience aligns, one of our consultants will call you to talk through your background, the role, and the broader context. This is a two-way conversation. We’re looking for fit, and you should be too.
With your permission, we’ll put you forward to the client. We’ll explain how the role fits within the organisation, what the client is looking for, and what the process is likely to involve. We will never submit you for a role without your consent.
Most roles involve one or more interviews. We’ll coordinate timing, share preparation advice, and make sure you know what to expect. After each interview, we’ll check in with you and follow up with the client. Where possible, we’ll share feedback along the way.
If things progress, we’ll manage reference checks and any required pre-employment steps on behalf of the client. For security-cleared roles, this may also include clearance-related processes or confirmations.
If an offer is made, we’ll talk you through the details and help coordinate next steps. Once you’ve accepted, we’ll support the contract or offer paperwork and the onboarding process.
We’ll check in after you start to make sure things are settling as expected. Our support doesn’t stop once the contract is signed. Success for us isn’t just placing you in a role. It’s helping you find work that fits, in an environment where you can do good work and sustain it over time. If that’s not how it feels, we want to know.

Many roles we recruit for require security clearances, and we’ll help you understand what your clearance means, how it affects timelines, and where your experience is most valued. Where there is a genuine role requirement, we can also sponsor eligible candidates for clearances up to NV2.
