How it works
$100 if your referral is invited to interview
Another $200 if they go on to secure a contract or permanent role
All referral payments are made as Visa vouchers and are subject to the terms and conditions below.
Who can be referred?
We're looking for people who align with the roles and environments we recruit for. Your referral should be someone we don't already know or aren’t already working with. If you're unsure whether someone is eligible, you can always check with us before submitting the form.

Terms and Conditions
A referral fee will only be paid where:
The candidate indicates they were referred by a specific individual at first contact with Kinexus, or
The referrer provides the candidate's contact details directly to Kinexus.
Candidate referrals must not have been placed by Kinexus or referred to Kinexus in the 12 months prior to the referral.
A candidate who has been in direct contact with Kinexus (by phone, email or SMS) in the six months prior to referral is not eligible for referral status.
If Kinexus secures an interview for the referred candidate, the referrer will receive a $100 Visa voucher.
If the referred candidate secures a contract or permanent role through Kinexus, an additional $200 Visa voucher will be paid.
No additional referral fees will be paid for:
Subsequent interviews, or
Subsequent placements of the same candidate.
It is the referrer's responsibility to notify Kinexus and claim the referral fee.
Where a candidate is referred by more than one person, only one referral fee will be paid. This will be paid to the referrer who contacts Kinexus first to claim the fee.
The referrer must notify Kinexus of their intention to claim the referral fee within four weeks of the referred candidate obtaining an interview.
Payment of referral fees is at the sole discretion of Kinexus.
Kinexus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
