How it works
For candidates with a TSPV clearance, we’ll pay $1,000 if your referral obtains contract or permanent work requiring a TSPV clearance.
For candidates with any other clearance level (including no clearance), we’ll pay $100 if your referral is invited to interview and another $200 if they go on to secure a contract or permanent role.
All referral payments are made as Prezzee vouchers and are subject to the terms and conditions below.
Who can be referred?
We're looking for people who align with the roles and environments we recruit for. Your referral should be someone we don't already know or aren’t already working with. If you're unsure whether someone is eligible, you can always check with us before submitting the form.

Terms and Conditions
A referral fee will only be paid where:
The candidate indicates they were referred by a specific individual at first contact with Kinexus, or
The referrer provides the candidate's contact details directly to Kinexus.
Candidate referrals must not have been placed by Kinexus or referred to Kinexus in the 12 months prior to the referral.
A candidate who has been in direct contact with Kinexus (by phone, email or SMS) in the six months prior to referral (12 months for TSPV referrals) is not eligible for referral status.
TSPV cleared candidates: Kinexus must complete a check on the referred candidate’s security clearance; the referred candidate must be willing for this check to be undertaken and must hold a TSPV clearance for the referrer to be eligible for the TSPV fee. If the TSPV cleared candidate referral obtains contract or permanent employment via Kinexus, the referrer will receive a $1,000 Prezzee voucher (the ‘TSPV fee’), paid when the candidate starts.
Non-TSPV cleared candidates: If Kinexus secures an interview for the referred candidate, the referrer will receive a $100 Prezzee voucher. If the referred candidate secures a contract or permanent role through Kinexus, an additional $200 Prezzee voucher will be paid (the ‘referral fee’).
No additional referral fees will be paid for:
Subsequent interviews, or
Subsequent placements of the same candidate.
It is the referrer's responsibility to notify Kinexus and claim the referral fee.
Where a candidate is referred by more than one person, only one referral fee will be paid. This will be paid to the referrer who contacts Kinexus first to claim the fee.
The referrer must notify Kinexus of their intention to claim the referral fee within four weeks of the referred candidate obtaining an interview.
Payment of referral fees is at the sole discretion of Kinexus.
