Terms and Conditions
A referral fee will only be paid where a candidate indicates they were referred by a specific individual upon initial contact with Kinexus OR the referrer provides the contact details of the candidate referral directly to Kinexus.
Candidate referrals must not have been placed by Kinexus or have been referred to Kinexus in the 12 months prior to referral.
A candidate who has been in direct contact (phone, email, SMS) with Kinexus in the previous six months is not eligible for candidate referral status.
If Kinexus obtains an interview with a client for the candidate referral, the referrer will be paid a $100 visa voucher (the ‘referral fee’).
If the candidate referral goes on to obtain contract or permanent employment via Kinexus, an additional referral fee of $200 will be paid.
No payment will be made to the referrer for additional interviews or subsequent placements for the same candidate referral.
It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Kinexus to claim the referral fee.
Where the candidate is referred by more than one party, only one referral fee will be paid. This will be paid to the referrer who contacts Kinexus first to claim the referral fee.
The referrer must notify Kinexus of their intention to claim the referral fee within four weeks of the candidate referral obtaining an interview.
Payment of any referral fees is at the sole discretion of Kinexus.
