About the role

  • Manage, nurture and grow Key Accounts in the Defence industry
  • End to end recruitment and Account Management with the support of a Talent Manager and BDM
  • Generate new roles among Key Accounts in the technology and engineering space
  • Proactively reverse market experienced niche candidates to the clients
  • Working with the BD team to agree the best account strategy
  • Developing shortlists of relevant candidates

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with managing high profile, large accounts in the technology and engineering space
  • Capability to effectively fill permanent and/or contract roles consistently
  • High level ownership over Key Accounts and outstanding customer service
  • Proven track record of a fast turnaround with prospecting candidates to new roles
  • Passionate for Defence and / or the technology and engineering world
  • Passionate about working in a team but also capable of taking independent initiative to think outside the box
  • Ability to listen and speak to technical people
  • Excellent priority and time management skills
