We are working with our client to identify a Maintenance Control Specialist (MCS) who is an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join their team in Brisbane. This role is a critical function supporting the Army's and Navy's Helicopter Fleet, including Attack Helicopters, Troop Movers and Anti-Submarine platforms. The role will see the ideal candidate join a highly experienced team that has the culture to fit that experience.

The role:

• High profile platform within the Aerospace Sector
• Carry out MCS related tasks within your competency certification
• Help develop quality and production improvements
• Capture relevant data relating to individual systems and components
• Assist in safety plans
• Comply with FOD Prevention Policy and Procedures
• Maintain policy publications

You will need:

• Relevant maintenance qualifications
• Good interpersonal skills
• DASR safety knowledge and experience
• Candidates will hold a CERT III AME
• Familiarity with CAMM2
• MUST be eligible for a Defence security clearance (Australian Citizen)

This role would suit either RAAF Specialists or RAN / Army Technical Officers are encouraged to apply. Previous Defence experience is essential as our client is interested in finding highly motivated individuals looking to join an experienced team.
