We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator in Canberra, ACT. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth business process, and supporting the management team. Ideally, Candidates will have experience in high-end electronics technology and the ability to support remote sites. The successful candidate will be working alongside technicians, engineers, project managers and logistics professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate office activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Process expense claims
- Providing customer support
- Meeting management
- Utilise technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in project management and coordination as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with technology and office software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Australian Citizen
- Cert III in Business Administration
The client is a small to medium-sized business with an extensive history working in government and defence. Candidates will need to be able to gain an AGSVA security clearance. The role would suit candidates who are proactive and have a forward-thinking approach to the day-to-day responsibilities.
