1. Professionalism
Conduct yourself with integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Present yourself appropriately by wearing attire suitable for the workplace and client requirements.
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
2. Confidentiality & Privacy
Handle all client, company, and colleague information with care and discretion.
Do not share confidential information outside of work or without proper authorisation.
Comply with all relevant privacy laws and data protection policies.
3. Integrity & Ethical Conduct
Be honest, transparent, and fair in all professional interactions.
Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential ethical concerns.
Uphold the reputation of Kinexus through responsible and ethical decision-making.
4. Compliance with Laws & Policies
Follow all workplace policies, client site rules, and industry regulations.
Abide by all applicable laws, including employment, safety, and anti-discrimination laws.
Report any illegal, unethical, or non-compliant behaviour.
5. Workplace Health & Safety
Prioritise safety at all times by identifying and mitigating risks.
Adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.
Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately.
6. Respectful Workplace & Conduct
Treat colleagues, clients, and stakeholders with respect and professionalism.
Contribute to a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
Support an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
