Due to the nature of clients we work with here at Kinexus and the projects these roles will be based on, an Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance is essential.

These opportunities do not have the ability to obtain sponsorship for a security clearance (including applicants who currently hold a security clearance seeking to upgrade).

Defence requirements are certainly not slowing down, they have a continuing need for highly security cleared (TSPV) individuals to work across a variety of skills sets. We are currently working with a number of Australian Federal Government agencies who are responsible for foreign signals intelligence, cyber warfare and information security. Long contracts (12 months+) available.

As a result, we are looking to speak to Data Scientists or Data Engineers who can do the following but not limited to:

Data Scientist

• Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
• Analysing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Creating data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

For Data Engineer:

• Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Optimising database performance and ensuring data quality.
• Integrating data from various sources to create unified data platforms.
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to deploy models into production.
