We are supporting a defence industry client experiencing a surge in project activity and are seeking three AutoCAD Drafters to join their team on a contract basis. These roles will support ongoing prototype development work and offer an initial three-month engagement, with the possibility of extension.

• Clearance: Not required, but Defence experience preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D using AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to understand project requirements.
• Generate and maintain detailed drawings supporting prototype development.
• Incorporating design changes and modifications as needed.
• Reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Maintaining organized documentation and records of designs and revisions.

Required Experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience working in engineering, defence, shipbuilding, heavy industry, or similar technical fields.
• Solid understanding of drafting and modelling principles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
