Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for hands-on work?

Our client is a design, engineering and manufacturing start-up company who deliver effective autonomous and robotic systems for Defence customers. They are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering professional to join their team. Our client specialize in cutting-edge propulsion technologies and are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong background in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and repair of complex electrical systems.
  • Wire harnessing and assembly, ensuring reliable and high-quality connections.
  • Cable termination with precision and adherence to industry standards.
  • Design and development of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).
  • Working with high-power batteries, focusing on safety and performance.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in fault finding, maintaining and repairing electrical systems.
  • Degree qualification across Electrical, Electronics, Hardware, Mechatronics or Avionics Engineering or similar qualifications / experience.
  • Hands-on experience with wire harnessing, cable termination, and assembly.
  • Strong expertise in PCB design.
  • Familiarity with high-power batteries and their applications.
  • Defence industry experience is desirable.
