We're looking for an ILS Practitioner to join our clients growing Defence team, contributing to the development and delivery of a major Land Acquisition Program in Melbourne.
You'll lead the creation and maintenance of ILS analyses, artefacts and work closely with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure consistency across internal processes, project streams, and external client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage logistics support analyses (LSA)
- Maintain LSAR artefacts (e.g. FMECAR, LORAR, RPL) and associated data
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to embed ILS considerations into product development.
- Provide technical guidance to subcontractors on logistic analyses and deliverables.
- Support sustainment programs including VIMS, HUMS, CBM, and RCM initiatives.Support reliability, obsolescence, and sustainment risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking for:
- Experience (5+ years) in Defence-related IPS/ILS for complex programs ideally within the Land domain.
- Hands-on experience working with logistic data environments (e.g. LSAR tools) and ILS software platforms.In-depth knowledge of ADF sustainment frameworks and support system integration requirements.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Logistics, Systems, or equivalent Defence background.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate competing priorities in a high-tempo environment.
