  • Or a Junior Recruitment Consultant
  • You've worked in either Agency or Government
  • Or you have a keen interest in Technology or
    Engineering Defence Talent recruitment.

  • Must be Australina or New Zealand PR or Citizen
  • Must have excellent communications skill both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and telephone manner
  • Team oriented, proactive, outcome driven, resilient and collaborative
  • Strong interest for Defence, Engineering or Technology.


About The Role - Junior Talent Manager

  • Source and identify engineering or technical talent for the team on-behalf of clients
  • Data search, Advertise, Phone screen, Interview and shortlist
  • Build talent pools and network with future talent, using social media platforms
  • Collaborate with team to drive the Talent piece of the recruitment cycle
  • Identify and generate new opportunities, through the recruitment journey.

Experience Requireements:

  • Talent resourcing in technology or engineering highly considered
  • Talent resourcing for both contractor and or permanent roles highly considered
  • Building and prospecting Talent pools highly considered
  • Agency or Government, or Commercial Internal Recruitment highly considered
  • Recruitment end to end experience highly considered
  • Ex Australian Defence Force or related, very highly considered.


About The Role - Junior Talent & Client Account Manager

  • Talent Manage with same duties as above
  • Manage Talent sourcing and 1-2 Key Client Relationship
  • Qualify job briefs and prioritise recruitment solutions
  • Deliver high quality recruitment solutions to your Key Clients
  • Develop new and build on existing Talent and network
  • Some client visits with Business Development Manager

Experience Requireements:

  • High level ownership of key accounts, highly considered
  • Key client relationship management, highly considered
  • Talent Candidate development, highly conisidered
  • Recruitment process end to end
  • Hold a current Driving Licence and happy to travel
  • Agency or Government, or Commercial Internal Recruitment background
  • Ex Australian Defence Force or related, very highly considered.
