Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to contribute to Australia's Defence capability? We're seeking talented professionals with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact projects within the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Land Systems domains.

In these roles, you'll be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of Defence programs that enhance the operational effectiveness of the Australian Defence Force. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, systems integration, and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes across multiple phases of development and sustainment.

This EOI is open to candidates of all experience levels.

We're interested in hearing from individuals who have:

  • Proven project management experience within the Defence, EW, or Land systems environment.
  • Strong understanding of Defence acquisition frameworks (ASDEFCON or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with CASG, Prime Contractors, or Defence SMEs.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA are highly regarded).
  • Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 preferred).
