We currently have a position available for Scheduler to be based in the ACT. The successful applicants will join a dynamic team in a highly technical and safety critical environment. They shall be required to build, resource level and conduct health checks on schedules for Major Projects, and review scheduling processes and procedures (including resource, skill, task work breakdown structures, and data dictionaries).
The Role:
- Management and administration of the Project Scheduling System
- Assist Project Managers in durations and effort and ensuring it meets the works program
- Maintain quality of data through liaison with PMs and resource providers
- Assist work planning, scheduling and the provision of scheduling
- Providing project status/performance reports

- Extensive experience Open Plan Professional (OPP)
- Understanding of governance in a technical defence project environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to apply for an AGSVA Security Clearance.
Ideally, applicants will have experience in defence aerospace programs with a good understanding of Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) procedures and culture.
