About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and capability-driven Project Support Officer to join an embedded Defence project team. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a major Defence capability program while building a long-term career in project delivery.

As part of our consultancy team, you won't be tied to a single project. We actively rotate and develop our people across engagements to broaden experience, deepen capability, and support genuine career progression.

Who We're Looking For
We're ideally seeking ex-ADF personnel, particularly junior or senior NCOs, who are ready to transition into the project delivery environment. If you have an Electronic Warfare (EW) background and are looking for a pathway into project management or Defence consulting, this role offers the perfect bridge.

You'll join as a Consultant, supported by a structured learning and development pathway, with fully funded project management and related training provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide project support across scheduling, reporting, documentation, governance and risk management
* Assist project managers and engineering leads with coordination and delivery tasks
* Contribute to project planning, stakeholder communication and milestone tracking
* Support governance processes and Defence documentation requirements
* Operate as part of an embedded team delivering a major Defence program

About You
* Hold an active NV2 or TSPV security clearance
* Ex-ADF background preferred, ideally with Electronic Warfare experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
* Motivated to grow into project delivery and consulting
* Team player with a proactive, learning-focused mindset
