Given our background in defence Kinexus are in a unique position to provide people for projects at clients all over Australia. The defence market is undergoing a transitional period which has presented opportunity and challenges alike. We are looking to add to our experienced team in our head office in Sydney's CBD as we gear up for the opportunities the change will present.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talent manager to help source engineering candidates for the wide array of projects that we support. This is a candidate specific role and the person will work with a mix of existing candidates as well as new ones from the many sourcing methods we have at our disposal.
The role will include:
- Sourcing and connecting with Engineering professionals, specifically with defence backgrounds.
- Developing a network of ex ADF / Defence technicians
- Identifying opportunities to connect with Security cleared, technical candidates across engineering
- Developing long-term relationships
- Developing a strong social presence
