Developer of groundbreaking technology for Defence and Government now require a Sales Manager to help with their impressive growth and success, building business and strong successful relationships with Distributors and End Users across Asia Pacific and further afield.
This company is seeking an experienced sales professional, with technical and commercial experience to join their growing team in Sydney. The role requires someone adept at working as part of a global sales team and with local technical sales engineers and senior management.
Sales will be to a variety of customers with varying cultures and processes, and often requires demonstrating to counterparts within Military, Government, Law Enforcement, Critical Infrastructure and Security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute towards, and execute regional strategy
- Coordinate with the team to conduct demos and visit prospects
- Distributor refining, improving and training
- New business development and maximising numerous inbound enquiries
- Represent company at industry events
- Sales experience working with international End Users and Distributors
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a regionally dispersed team
- Well organised strategic territory or business management experience
- Military experience is highly regarded, as is the technology sector
