Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They are responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Salesforce developers under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Developer will Assist with the development and configuration of the Salesforce CRM. They will assist with implementing workflows within the Salesforce CRM while working within an agile environment using Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

- Extensive experience in customizing and extends the Salesforce Platform using low-code tools, and programming languages such as JavaScript and Apex.
- Experience in platform core technologies and web stack knowledge of Experience Cloud.

Essential criteria
- The candidate should be in possession of current Salesforce certifications:
- Platform Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer
- Demonstrated experience with the administration, development, configuration and customisation of the Salesforce platform. Provides technical expertise to enable the configuration of system components and equipment for systems testing. Collaborates with technical teams to develop and agree system integration plans and report on progress. Ensures that integration test environments are correctly configured. Recommends and implements improvements to processes and tools.
- Demonstrated experience within the Salesforce Platform of the development and implementation of flows. Experience with Salesforce Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs/scripts and integration software services. Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes. Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and work with Business areas to automate business processes within the Salesforce Platform. Models, simulates or prototypes the behaviour of proposed system components to enable approval by stakeholders. Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications.
- Assesses and analyses release components for input to release scheduling. Maintains and administers tools and methods for software delivery, deployment and configuration. Maintains release processes and procedures. Deliver the outcomes following an agile software methodology.
- Australian Citizenship and a TSPV security clearance is essential
Desirable criteria
- Ability to follow agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA to track and progress tasks to completion.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnistudio and Service Cloud Voice.
- Be in possession of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Platform Developer II
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience Cloud Consultant
