We're seeking seasoned Systems Engineers with extensive expertise in intricate technical development and integration to support our client in South Australia as they conduct acceptance trials for a Naval Program.

Before future deployment, these trials are crucial for verifying the performance, safety, and compliance of both the platform and its systems. Therefore, it is vital for our clients to have the support of two senior systems engineers with expertise in defence programs for this task.

• 2 positions available
• Initial 6-month contracts, potential to extend
• SA based
• April/May Start
• Must have NV1 clearance

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage the integration and testing of defence systems on naval vessels.
• Assess system performance and troubleshoot issues during sea trials.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate testing processes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Key skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Systems Engineer.

• Recognised degree from an accredited University or equivalent experience.

• Very strong Systems Engineering lifecycle and management experience.

• Ability to write quality technical documentation.

• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Prior Defence or Naval platform experience will be ideal.
