Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range Systems engineering activities directly to the commonwealth
- Establish comprehensive system requirements, architectures, and design specifications
- Lead multidisciplinary integrated product teams from concept through deployment
- Ensure adherence to systems engineering plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate external supplier and partner interfaces, data exchanges, and technical reviews
- Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of emerging tools/technologies
- Mentor and develop junior systems engineers on large-scale, complex programs
- Interface with stakeholders to understand capability needs and present technical solutions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NV1 clearance - NV2 preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering in the defence or aerospace industry.
- Experience in Multi-disciplinary teams across ADF+ APS
