Are you an ex-ADF operator, tech specialist or sim integration expert who's delivered systems that actually helped the mission? Want to stay close to capability without strapping boots on again? This might be for you.

We're working with an Australian company doing big things in simulation and C4I. They're supporting Defence by designing and delivering simulated training environments that help decision-makers and warfighters prepare for complex, real-world scenarios.

As their next Communications & Information Systems Integrator, you'll work at the sharp end of tech, blending simulation tools with operational C4 systems to deliver tailored training and mission rehearsal platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Integrating C4I systems into synthetic environments to simulate high-fidelity training and operational scenarios
  • Working closely with military users, engineers, and developers to ensure accurate system performance and data exchange
  • Bringing your military know-how to the table to help build better, smarter simulation-based solutions
  • Owning technical delivery from concept to deployment - including documentation, testing, and handover

What We're Looking For

  • ADF experience, ideally in Joint, Army, Navy, or C2ISR environments
  • Hands-on experience integrating or operating simulation systems (JCATS, VBS, OneSAF, JSAF, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of C4I architecture, simulation protocols like HLA or DIS, and network/data flow
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments (RHEL or CentOS cert preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - you'll be the bridge between users and tech

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to: COP Management, JTDS, JLVC, JLOD or similar tools
  • Completion of the ADF COP Management or Intermediate TDL Course
  • Experience working at NSWC, LWC, or HQJOC
