System Administrators x2 - TSPV Security Clearance

We are seeking two experienced System Administrators to support a high-security ICT environment within a national defence program. These roles are based on-site in Canberra and require an active TSPV clearance.

You will join a small, high-performing team responsible for sustaining and developing complex ICT systems that ensure mission-critical capability. Each role covers distinct but complementary areas of responsibility across virtualisation, messaging and infrastructure, with opportunities to contribute to design, sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of assigned ICT projects, system design input, maintenance of core infrastructure, monitoring and troubleshooting of system and user issues, managing access controls, developing procedures and conducting security and performance assessments.

Technical environment includes:

• VMware and Windows server administration

• Exchange and Enterprise Vault across multiple environments

• Linux

• Cisco and Dell technologies

We are looking for candidates with strong system administration experience within secure or Defence environments, capable of both day-to-day sustainment and contributing to broader architectural and operational improvements.

Location: Canberra
Contract: 12 months + 2 × 12-month extensions
Clearance: TSPV required
SFIA Levels 3-5 considered, with rates aligned to experience.
