Kinexus is a specialist recruitment agency that has worked in the Australian market for 25 years. We're partnered with one of the world's largest ICT systems integration businesses to conduct a search for two different Program Director roles working within one of their largest and most key portfolios within the APAC region.

The work these roles will lead is an Oracle ERP implementation portfolio stretching across private and public sector industries tallying up to $100m. In both roles, you will lead a portion of this portfolio working internally or with customers to deliver efficiently and effectively on large-scale Oracle ERP implementations. Both roles can be worked from across Australia, with both roles offering permanent or contract employment opportunities. For more information on both positions, please see below:

Transformation Program Director

  • In this role you will be working with customers across the portfolio to sell, scope and deliver Oracle ERP products. Customers will range from federal government departments to commercial businesses and everything in between.
  • It is essential that you have managed large programs/portfolios of work valuing between $50m and $100m whilst being customer facing.
  • You must have a strong understanding and knowledge of the Oracle ERP product suite, along with having experience working on projects to deliver them.
  • Due to the nature of some of this work in government, you must hold an Australian Citizenship.

Delivery Program Director

  • This role will see you working internally with our client to improve the delivery function of the portfolio, making implementation of Oracle ERP products seamless and fast. You will be working to establish and improve delivery processes across the portfolio.
  • Much like the other position, you must have worked within program/portfolio delivery functions valuing between $50m and $100m, but with a focus on working internally to improve delivery capability.
  • You must have a strong understanding and knowledge of the Oracle ERP product suite, along with having experience working on projects to deliver them.
  • Due to the nature of some of this work in government, you must hold an Australian Citizenship.
