Given our background in Defence Kinexus are in a unique position to provide people for projects at clients all over Australia. The Defence market is undergoing a transitional period which has presented opportunity and challenges alike.

We are looking to add the services of a Talent Manager to our experienced team in our Melbourne office.

The Talent Manager will help source candidates for the wide range of projects that we support across Australia. This is a role specifically looking at matching people looking for work with their perfect job. It will involve working with a mix of existing candidates as well as new ones from the many sourcing methods we have at our disposal.

The role will include:

• Identifying talent across Defence, Engineering and ICT
  
• Source candidates nationally for a broad range of Defence, ICT and Engineering projects.
  
• Developing a network of ex ADF / Defence people
  
• Identifying opportunities to connect with Security cleared technical and engineering professionals across Australia
  
• Developing talent pools
  
• Developing a strong social presence
  
  
  

Skills and Experience required:

• Ex-ADF personnel who wish to remain involved in the Defence sector
  
• Experience in sales, recruitment or project support
  
• A passion for Defence and the technical world
  
• Excellent organisational skills
  
• Outcome focused
  
• An understanding of the recruitment process
  
• Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
  
• A great sense of humour and a positive attitude
