Kinexus is Australia's oldest defence-specialist recruitment agency having spent the last 25 years supporting Australia's national security industries. We have partnered with a global aerospace technology business with programs within civilian and defence sectors in Australia. They are searching for a Systems Engineer with experience working on safety and performance critical systems to join the business and support in the development, implementation and testing of a key control centre communications product in the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end systems engineering process from requirements analysis to installation, deployment, configuration and testing for a communications solution, one of the business' most key product offerings.

What we're looking for:

• A strong skillset in systems engineering of communications solutions.
• Experience in requirements analysis, engineering design, systems installation, deployment, configuration and integration.
• Background in Cisco or Juniper routing and switching.
• Experience working in the defence or aerospace industry is highly regarded.

This role requires eligibility for a NV1 security clearance and ITAR compliance, hence only Australian citizens can be considered for this position.
