About the Role
We're currently recruiting for a Systems Integration Engineer to join a leading Defence program delivering complex engineering outcomes across naval platforms. This role offers the chance to work across the full engineering lifecycle, supporting the integration of advanced systems into operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of engineering changes into naval platforms
- Deliver systems engineering and integration activities across combat and platform systems
- Conduct technical investigations, root cause analysis, and solution development
- Coordinate testing, trials, and verification & validation activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and as-built records
- Provide on-site engineering support during installation and production phases
- Manage problem reports, production variations, and certification activities
- Engage with internal teams, Defence stakeholders, and external partners
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering
- Experience in Defence, maritime, or complex engineering environments
- Experience in systems integration, engineering change, or production support
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and system diagrams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
