We are looking to add to our team the services of a Talent Acquisition Officer who will provide support to find and identify top talent for these roles across Australia.
The Talent Acquisition Officer will be tasked with supporting the recruitment for both ICT and Engineering roles. Importantly, you will be working to support the growth of Key projects in the Defence sector and in turn, the growth of Defence Capability
This role would suit someone who has transitioned from Defence or is a current serving reservist, who is looking to keep supporting the Australian Defence capability in another way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify talent across Defence, Engineering and ICT
- Source candidates nationally for a broad range of Defence, ICT and Engineering projects
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with current needs
- Collaborate with bid teams to provide HR input and expertise on personnel availability
- Work with line managers to interview and identify talent through various tools and referrals

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Ex-ADF personnel who wish to remain involved in the Defence sector
- Experience in sales, recruitment or project support
- A passion for Defence and the technical world
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outcome focused
- Understanding of the recruitment process
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- A great sense of humour and a positive attitude
