We are looking to add the services of a Talent Manager to our experienced team in our Melbourne office. Initially this role will be a 6-month contract with a view to a permanent role after this.
The Talent Manager will help source candidates for the wide range of projects that we support. This is a role specifically looking at matching people looking for work with their perfect job. It will involve working with a mix of existing candidates as well as new ones from the many sourcing methods we have at our disposal.

- Source candidates nationally for a broad range of Defence, ICT and Engineering projects.
- Developing a network of ex ADF / Defence people
- Identifying opportunities to connect with Security cleared technical and engineering professionals across Australia
- Developing talent pools
This role doesn't necessarily require recruitment experience. In fact, ex-Defence professionals often thrive with us. We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- An understanding of Defence - either from uniform or industry
- The ability to connect with a broad range of people.
- An outcome-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to achieving targets and outcomes.
Training and Development:
You don't need to arrive with recruitment experience, we'll help you build it. Our dedicated Training program has been developed to support all new hires to continually grow in this complex and rewarding industry.
