What do you actually do?

I focus on the admin and compliance side of the business, making sure everything is organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. Ensuring our lovely consultants can spend more time doing what they do best, finding the right fit for every role.

 

What's one thing you care about getting right for the people you work with?

I pride myself on my attention to detail and enjoy making sure my team has all the documents and information they need to help their roles run smoothly.

 

What do your team rely on you for?

My team relies on me to be the final set of eyes, making sure all documents are accurate and in order. I also support our candidates and clients by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so nothing slips through the cracks.

 

How did you get here?

Before joining Kinexus, I worked in admin at a medical clinic, which taught me to be extremely vigilant with documentation and filing systems, and to communicate with candidates clearly and effectively.

 

Something that people might not know?

I’m a huge music nerd who loves discovering new bands, songs and going to gigs. Before joining Kinexus, I was actually training to be an opera singer.
