What do you actually do?

I connect Defence programs with contractors who solve critical project and capability challenges across VIC, SA and WA.

 

What kinds of skill sets do you work across?

Engineering and PMO – Systems Engineers, Safety Engineers, ILS Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Drafters, Project Controls/Schedulers, Project Managers, Bid Support, Commercial professionals.

 

What do your clients and candidates rely on you for?

Honesty and transparency throughout the employment process.

 

How did you get here?

Pre Kinexus, I worked as an Employment Support worker for a Homeless Charity in Ireland. In that role, I learned how to support people as they navigated homelessness and finding employment, an extremely difficult situation to be in. I engaged with businesses to create opportunities for our service users. This role formed the foundation of my recruitment career and gave me a deep appreciation of how challenging the job search process can be. It shaped my approach to work with every candidate with understanding and empathy.

 

Something people might not know?

My two passions are triathlons and analogue photography. If I’m not in work, I am almost certainly doing something related them.
