In your opinion, what would make a candidate stand out?  

Someone who is a good communicator. Having the right background and skills is obviously important but being able to effectively communicate this to others is vital, especially in an interview.

 

What is something you will NEVER do again, and why?

Working in a lobster factory, still, have nightmares.
