What do you actually do?

Make stuff happen. And help a brilliant team shine.

 

What kinds of roles, industries or skill sets do you work across?

I don’t recruit roles myself but the team around me recruit in the defence and security cleared ICT space.

Most of the team have so much experience – I spend most of my time getting out of their way or looking at innovative solutions and initiatives that make the company work better. I love people becoming successful at Kinexus; people come here to become really good at what they do and I'm really proud that we are a vehicle for that.

What's one thing you care about getting right for the people you work with?

Training & development. And hiring people who get my jokes.

Why do you do the work that you do?

I love the team we have. We work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and we accomplish some big things.

 

Something people might not know?

I ride motorbikes and I cook yummy food. Just not simultaneously.
