What do you actually do?

My role here at Kinexus is to connect contractors with defence sector companies, both above and below the line, for the betterment of the overall Defence landscape.

 

What kinds of organisations do you support?

I support defence sector companies of varying size and scale, recruiting at the Baseline, NV1 and NV2 levels.

 

What's one thing you care about getting right for the people you work with?

The supply and organisation of the beer fridge

 

What do your clients and candidates rely on you for?

Making the right connections. I utilise market knowledge regarding companies and their work to introduce contractors who will help their business thrive and in turn develop the careers of defence sector contractors.

 

Why do you do what you do?

To enhance Australia’s Defence capability whilst at the same time helping to shape the careers of those with a passion for defence industry.

 

Something people might not know?

I am a modern history afficionado and even decided to study the subject at university.
