What is the best thing about working in the defence industry? Why? 

This is a consistently evolving and growing industry, and we need to keep up with the changes that are going on. This is an industry that we still need to learn more about and build upon what we have learned already.

In your opinion, what would make a candidate stand out?

A candidate who is open, honest and can provide examples that support what they say during an interview.
